How do I cancel?
Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current subscription period. You may notify us of your wish to cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the minimum duration of the subscription term? How long must I sign-up for?
If you chose to pay monthly, your subscription will continue until you tell us that you no longer wish to receive it, in which case you will stop paying the monthly fees. If you chose to pay annually, we will send you an email letting you know when your annual subscription is close to ending (unless you have already told us that you wish to cancel your subscription). Unless you then notify us before the end of your annual subscription period that you no longer wish to receive it, your annual subscription will renew for another year.
What is your refund policy? Am I allowed to cancel once I have subscribed?
Once we have started to provide any part of your subscription to you, you do not have any right to cancel your subscription until the end of your subscription period. This means that you are not entitled to a refund once we have started to provide any part of your subscription. If you cancel before we start to provide you with access to any part of your subscription, you are entitled to receive a full refund, however you should be aware it is unlikely that there will be generally be a long gap between you subscribing and receiving access.
When does my subscription become effective?
We will try to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that your subscription will be activated by any specified time. Your subscription will only become effective after we have successfully verified your payment details and email address, at which point we will provide you with access to your subscription.
